These terms cover your use of the Perfect Signal Copier website, app and services, provided by Perfect Signal Copier ("we"). By creating an account you accept them.
What the service does
The software reads messages from Telegram channels you choose and places trades in trading accounts you connect. It executes what the channel posts. We do not provide signals, investment advice or portfolio management.
It can also manage the trades it copied: move the stop to entry when the first target is hit, and act on the channel's later posts (close, close part, move the stop) when you turn that on. Its reading of a post can be wrong or miss one; the measured accuracy is on the accuracy page.
With each signal the app can show a score: how often random trades with the same levels reached the first target or the stop first, and the channel's past record. It describes the levels and the record; it is not a forecast, and we do not tell you whether to take a trade.
AI reading and Telegram
Posts are read on our servers. On plans that include AI reading, an AI model we run reads the posts and images that fixed rules cannot settle, but only after you allow it in the app. If you decline, posts are read by fixed rules only and images are not read. You can change your answer in the app at any time.
Telegram's API terms restrict using Telegram content with artificial intelligence. By allowing AI reading you confirm that you may have the posts of the channels you map processed this way, and you accept the risk this carries for your Telegram account.
Your responsibilities
- You decide which channels to copy, which accounts to trade and what size to use, and you are responsible for every trade placed in your accounts.
- You keep the app, your trading terminal and your computer or VPS running and secure.
- You follow the rules of your broker, prop firm and the channels you copy. Some forbid copying signals or using trade copiers.
- You use only your own Telegram and trading accounts, and you do not share your license.
Free trial, plans and payment
New accounts get one 7-day trial of the Professional plan after confirming their email. Paid plans renew every month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Plan limits (channels, accounts, features) are shown on the pricing page.
No guarantee, limited liability
The software is provided as is. Signals can be read wrongly, delayed or missed, for example when Telegram, your broker, your computer or our servers are unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Suspension
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share licenses, try to break its security or do not pay.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will email you about important changes before they apply.
