Perfect Signal Copier runs this service. This page says what data we keep, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we keep
- Account: your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), optional Telegram phone number, and when you signed up and logged in, with the IP address used.
- License and devices: your plan and its dates, the devices you linked, the app version and when the app last checked in.
- Trading accounts: platform, account number, server, broker and the label you gave. Never your broker passwords; those stay on your computer.
- Channels: names and IDs of the Telegram channels the app reports, and which account each is mapped to.
- Messages read by our signal reader: the text of new posts from the channels you map (and, with your consent to AI reading, their images), the channel ID, and what we read from them. For posts that may manage a trade we also receive the trades the app copied from that channel (symbol, side, levels and how many positions are open), never your balance. We keep these to measure and improve accuracy. We never receive your private chats or your Telegram login.
- AI reading: only with your consent in the app. The models run on servers we operate; posts are not sent to outside AI companies.
- Published results: channel records and accuracy figures we publish come from public channels and from totals. We do not publish anything from private channels.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We keep your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your card number.
- Website visits: counted with Umami, which we host ourselves. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
